If your country isn't on the list above, shipping may take longer than usual.

If tracking on the UPS website no longer update, please click on "view details" as there will be an "Alternate Tracking Number" which is the tracking number for USPS when the parcel is shipped overseas from the US.
Return Policy: If you have received a broken/malfunctioning product, please do not send them back, we'll just send you a new one. It's easier and cheaper that way.

In the case where there are not enough pre-orders for us to be able to manufacture the product, all orders will be canceled and refunded in the full amount.
